Police May Have Discovered 580 Shooting Motive
Homicide detectives tell CBS5 they've learned from witnesses that, just prior to the shooting, [deceased victim] Russell and his passenger were at Shimada Friendship Park at the Richmond Marina as part of a rap video that was being taped there.
