In the ant equivalent of a zombie apocalypse, researchers have discovered a way to control the population growth of Fire Ants, which are problematic in Texas. They’re releasing a specific type of fly into the area that injects larve into the brain of the ant, taking over the brain head and eventually causing it to fall off.Found (with the video) on F-listed.
