Breakfast Granola for 1/28/10

So, the iPad is announced. Macevangelist though I may be, I'm not seeing the spark in an enlarged iPhone. Better, I think, would've been a shrunken MacBook with some iPhone capabilities. Same form factor by size and with touchscreen, same WiFi and/or 3G, but with stripped-down laptop capabilities, perhaps with a stripped-down Mac OS.

But what do I know, right? I'm no Steve Jobs.

What I do know is that Alena Savostikova is a Mac Chick that I located on Macenstein, and it looks like she has a MacBook of 2008-ish or so vintage. Now we're getting somewhere...
